Services & Programs

True Vision Therapy is a program prescribed and guided by a developmental, behavioral or neuro-optometrist. Therapeutic activities and procedures are designed to train or retrain the brain to effectively use the eyes to gather and respond to visual information.

Optometric Visual Therapy

Vision & Learning >

Vision problems can interfere with a child’s ability to read and learn. Eye coordination and eye movement disorders can easily be mistaken for learning disabilities and even ADHD. In addition, they can contribute to the challenges one experiences when they have Dyslexia. Optometric Vision Therapy can give your child an opportunity for a choice filled future.

Strabismus Amblyopia >

Eye turns (strabismus) and lazy eyes (amblyopia) often result in the brain ignoring information from one eye. This causes reduced depth perception, headaches, self-esteem issues as well as visual information processing problems. The good news…there is no age limit for treatment.

Concussion & TBI >

Even a mild concussion can cause substantial functional vision problems. Untreated visual issues caused by a concussion can lead to long term issues that affect learning, job performance and overall quality of life. Don’t just deal with the linger effects, Optometric Vision Therapy can give you your life back.

Visual Development >

Most people are born with the necessary hardware to allow the development of normal vision. Except in rare cases, we are born with eyes, nerves, a brain, a head, arms and legs. It is through our experiences that we develop the software to perform a task. Optometric Vision Therapy can guide the development of an efficient visual system which in turn guides the development of efficient motor and sensory systems.

Sports Enhancement >

Nearly 80% of perceptual input in sports is visual. Just because an athlete has 20/20 eyesight does not mean the athlete has the essential visual skills needed to make split-second decisions in their sport. Optometric Sports Vision Training can give an athlete a competitive edge over the competition.

Visual Strength Training

The Visual Strength Training Program is designed as an independent visual enhancement program. It is not designed as a treatment program for visual dysfunctions or an alternative to in-office visual rehabilitation.

Optometric Phototherapy

Syntonics or Light Therapy is the use of specific visible light frequencies (color), through the eyes, in the treatment of visual dysfunctions, including vision and learning disorders, strabismus (eye turns), amblyopia (lazy eye), and the after effects of stress and trauma.
